The Stretchy Vegan Mozzarella Cheese of your dreams!

Ingredients

Part 1

300 gr Cashew nuts (soak overnight)

1/2 cup lemon juice

5 tbsp Nutritional yeast

3 capsules of vegan probiotics

1.5 tsp salt or to taste


Part 2

550ML of water

3 Tbs of Psyllium

Preparation

Step 1

Blend or use a food processor, part 1, the ingredients and reserve in a container with a lid and let it continue frying for 8 hours.


Step 2

Blend or use a food processor part 2 ingredients.


Step 3

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, the consistency will be sticky, for this add a little water so that your fingers do not stick.


Step 4

Mold your cheese and put them in a container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that it has the consistency of real mozzarella cheese.
