Macadamia Ricotta

About the Recipe

Macadamia ricotta is a creamy, fine-grained, fluffy, and fresh tasting. Use it in all your recipes in place of dairy-based ricotta.

Ingredients

2 Cup Raw Macadamia nuts

3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

4 fl oz Water

4 tsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soak nuts overnight coverd and in the refrigerator.


Step 2

Next day combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and process until a smooth ball forms.


Step 3

Store in an airtight container.
