Avocado Chocolate Filling

About the Recipe

This sinfully healthy Avocado Chocolate Filling is rich and so silky smooth… and you really can't taste the avocado!

Ingredients

  • 250g Avocado, Firm**

  • 83g semi-sweet chocolate*

  • 28g cocoa powder

  • 43g Almond milk

  • 104g Maple syrup or agave

  • 13g Vanilla extract

  • 3g Salt

  • 25g Water

Preparation

Step 1

Warm the milk and slowly pour over the semisweet chocolate. Set aside.


Step 2

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. An immersion blender could also be used to combine all of the ingredients.


Step 3

Stir the chocolate and almond milk to from an emulsion and add to the other ingredients.


Step 4

Blend with water until smooth. adjust the flavor by adding sugar if necessary.


**Approximately 2 medium avocados, not over ripe.

*58-70% chocolate, adjust sugar if necessary.
